Vexlum Ltd is a laser technology SME located in Tampere, Finland.

Vexlum’s laser systems are based on the vertical external-cavity surface-emitting laser (VECSEL) concept. The technology platform provides unmatched versatility, with ability to deliver watt-level single-frequency laser beams covering wavelengths from UV to NIR.

Vexlum team has gained wide recognition for expertise in laser technology, capitalizing on comprehensive knowledge in epitaxy, optoelectronics processes, and laser systems engineering. The current product line is addressing the increased need of wavelength-versatile single-frequency lasers for quantum technology. Development efforts are geared towards expanding the application base, for example in semiconductor industry, spectroscopy, and medical markets.
